1930's Celluloid Girl Circus Performer wearing a Top Hat.  She is marked Made in Japan on the back of her neck and above that is the trademark
for Ando Togoro (
a circle with crossed lines). Great condition, with a dent and tiny crack to back of top hat (see photo #4) and some fading to the color.
She stands about 4 1/4" tall.
