Antique Celluloid TOY PART Umbrella Top with Hanging Cups--PART

Description

This is something we know almost nothing about.  It is a part to a celluloid toy.  Hopefully, someone that needs this will know what it is and will want it for the part to a toy.
It has an umbrella shaped red top with 12 strings hanging from it.  The strings have three small umbrella top styled celluloid pieces that are staggered down the strings.
Measurements:  top--2.75" in diameter and about 1.75" deep.  Smaller ones are about 1" in diameter and 0.5" deep.
