    A scarce late 1800’s or early 1900’s Jamestown, California, M. Arendt advertising ceramic plate.  Jamestown, is a Gold Rush town in the California Mother Lode.  The plate is 9 3/8 inches across in size and has the image of a yellow Roses.  The plate states
    “COMPLIMENTS OF M. ARENDT,
    JAMESTOWN, CALIF.
    The back has the makers mark.
    As a very old ceramic plate the plate
    does have some age crackling.
    However, the plate has no edge chips or cracks.
