    International Plate Printers, Die Stampers and Engravers Union (IPPDS&EU) Souvenir Card F1984A, issued for NAPEX '84.
    The intaglio card includes two engraved vignettes featuring General George Washington on horseback and a vignette of the United States Capitol.  The card also includes the union "bug" or logo.
    The card is in mint condition.
