This is a new Kohler Purist tub and shower trim kit (valve not Included) T14420-4-BN
The box has been only opened for inspection of contents.
Upon inspection, there 2 very small scratches on the top of the shower head arm. It is on top so you would never see it after it was installed. Would not be noticeable. Is in picture # 3.
There is no valve. That must be purchased separately.
