    Description

    Souvenir card issued by the Souvenir Card Collectors Society (SCCS) for the organization's 2006 annual meeting, held that year at the World Philatelic Exhibition in Washington, DC.  This item is recognized as card N-18 in the SCCS numbering system.
    The card features an intaglio vignette of an eagle.  It was produced for the SCCS by former BEP plate printer Mike Bean.
