    Description

    Souvenir card issued for the NAPEX 1991 stamp show.  Originally classified as Plate Printers Union card F1991A, this item is now recognized as the second card issued by the Souvenir Card Collectors Society, N-2, in the organization's numbering system.
    The card features an intaglio vignette of an eagle perched on a globe and holding a shield and includes text recognizing the 200th anniversary of the Bill of Rights.  It was produced by then-active BEP plate printer Mike Bean.  Reports indicate that 500 cards was printed.
    This card is in mint condition.
