Simply wash your face and body. Scrub Thoroughly until it foams and leave on for 5 minutes. Twice a day will do the work.
For Hyper Pigmentation you can also mix some water with the soap to make a paste and apply only on the spots. Do this especially if you do not want to lighten the rest of your skin.
