    Description

    1950 Peekskill, N.Y. IBM # 757919
    pre-printed card apparently used as an example
    piece for the proper way to address any Postage Due correspondence.
    The card has .10 in postage due stamps affixed (Scott #'s J73 and J77)
    with the proper cancellation, along with
    instruction on the reverse of the card.
    The reverse has 5 points of "rules" for the proper method of Postage Due stamps.
    Uniquely, the "rules" seem to have been marked through as if they no longer apply.
