The Industrial rail 1999 product guide tape ran for 15 minutes but loops for 2 hours. This tape that is in full Loop mode was used for various Railroad conventions in the later months of 1999 & also in the early 2000s that are for display use only so that the company of this tape won't have to worry about rewinding them to the start again even in the middle of a big show.
