This vintage children's celluloid hand painted chick baby rattle toy dates from the 1930s. It is made of a pastel thin delicate celluloid early plastic material with hand painted molded details. This charming children's baby rattle toy has a molded shaped 3D baby blue chick bird surrounded by a cream color celluloid hollow loop ring handle, yellow balls and pellets inside for making the rattle sound. The baby rattle measures 9 inches long and 5 inches wide. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful antique early celluloid child's infant baby rattle toy!
