  • Condition: An wonderful example of a celluloid toy with moveable legs. This dog appears to have some patch work done. There are some dents in his head and the left ear is flattened. If the dog is gently shaken you can hear something rattling inside. Still he presents well for being produced in the early 1900's.

    Description

    I believe this 3 1/2" dog was made by the Viscoloid Company. in the early 1900's. See "U S A with an intertwined V and C" brand in the photograph of the dogs rear.
