    Description

    Souvenir card issued for the NAPEX 1993 stamp show by Chapter 1 of the Souvenir Card Collectors Society in Washington, D.C.
    The card features an intaglio vignette of an eagle whose beak holds a banner reading, "State Sovereignty National Union."  It was produced by retired BEP plate printer Mike Bean.  A quantity of 100 cards was printed.
